That Katherine McPhee is now dating Director Michael Morris who she worked with on TV show 'Smash'. They are currently married to other people but for them to be kissing in public they're both looking to move on. (Click the TMZ Link below to see the pics)

Morris is married to actress Mary McCormack (who played Howard Stern's wife in 'Private Parts')

29-year-old Katherine is married to 47-year-old producer Nick Cokas.
