Christina Aguilera is Back in Great Shape with a New Diet

Christina Aguilera has finally gotten herself back into top shape after using a diet that bans dairy products and carbs. Also it includes a very intensive work-out regime that uses small portions but with high energy.

As you can see on the left she looks incredible. You see some celebs put on weight and then disappear completely so it's nice to see Christina back. With one of the better singing voices of today's Popstars I think she can definately move back into the mix and get herself back on top. I wonder if Diane Warren can write some more songs for her?
